Creating A Win-Win-Win Proposition
CareerMap is a Big Data insights company that can benefit all three sides of the career-building triangle:
For individuals: new insights into career paths that guide career decisions
For companies: A more insightful means to find the
right candidates when hiring
For support organizations: A stronger value proposition to help members achieve their career goals
Until CareerMap, no organization has ever attempted to study the anatomy of careers. Even the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics has never attempted to analyze careers, in their words:
“The reason we have not produced such estimates is that no consensus has emerged on what constitutes a career change.”
By conducting Big Data analysis on tens of thousands of work and educational history datapoints, we produce insights into how careers evolve over the entirety of people’s working lives.
Our findings are communicated through powerful maps and visuals that enable users to learn about career dynamics in an easy and precise manner.
Academic degrees and work events are only part of the data that CareerMap analyzes.
In our CareerStudy™ we ask uniquely probing questions to understand the reasons behind people’s career decisions. This enables CareerMap to explore additional dimensions of careers and ultimately uncovers a prescriptive pathway to success for career-seekers, hiring companies, and support organizations to follow.
